In Angerpool, we have two courts: the District Court and the Dictator Court. Most cases are only heard in the District Court, but you have the option to request to have your case taken up by the Dictator Court.

District court

The District Court is fully automated and only requires a police officer and the defendant to conduct the trial. There are three judges assigned, with one serving as the presiding judge who will lead the proceedings. The defendant will have a lawyer present, controlled by the defendant. The police officer will controll the prosecutor & the judge.

The judge will make a ruling based on the guidelines outlined in the Angerpool Law. We recommend that you review the structure of this law to better understand how it is applied. You can read the full details of the Angerpool Law here.

A typical trial proceeds as follows:

  1. The judge welcomes everyone and asks the prosecutor to present the case.
  2. The prosecutor presents the case and the charges.
  3. The judge asks the defendant to plead guilty or not guilty to the charges.
  4. The defense is given the opportunity to present their side of the case.
  5. The judge delivers the verdict.

Dictator court

The Dictator Court handles cases that have been appealed from the District Court. Avril Olsen serves as the judge in the Dictator Court and is also Angerpool’s dictator. As such, Avril has the authority to make rulings based on her own discretion.

You can apply to have your case brought before the Dictator Court here.
