Start > Crime roleplay > Prison – Introduction > Maximum Security Prison
This is our standard prison role-play option. A guarded prison
A maximum-security unit (often referred to as Max Security) is the highest level of security within a prison system. It is specifically designed for the most dangerous, violent, or high-risk inmates, including those who pose significant threats to others, staff, or the public. The level of control, surveillance, and restriction in a maximum-security unit is much more intense compared to other types of prison units, such as medium or low-security areas. In our prison, this means you will be locked in your cell when staff are not present. You will be under 24/7 surveillance. You will wear handcuffs and shackles at all times. As an inmate, you have no rights and must follow the instructions given by the staff. This unit has a canteen, gym, shower, and a prison yard where you may be assigned work. As an inmate, you will rely on staff to access these activities. The prison uniform here is orange.
Each cell have one bed, so you will be locked up alone and most of your time will be here. The cell door will be closed at all time. Most of your time will be spent here alone. You will need staff to escort you to the canteen, gym, shower and the prison yard. Guards can use additional chains or gags to get you under control. Prison uniform are orange
You will be wearing jailkeeper that keeps track of your severed time.
All prisoners must:
- Kneel in front of staff when they are present.
- Address staff using their proper titles.
- Behave submissively.
- Do not be AFK (away from keyboard) for more than 15 minutes without permission.
Or you will be punished!

Prison Rules and Conditions:
- Minimum Login Requirement:
You must be logged in for a minimum of 10 minutes each month. (A month runs from the first to the last day of the calendar month.)
Failure to meet this requirement will result in your expulsion from the prison, and you will have to start over. - Punishment and Sentence Duration:
Your sentence is measured in real days. However, your progress is only recorded on days when you are logged in.
For example, if you’re sentenced to 50 days, you must log in for 50 separate days, even if they aren’t consecutive, in order to complete your sentence.- If you log in for 3 consecutive days, that counts as 3 days served.
- If you then miss the 4th day and log in again on the 5th day, you will have served 4 days in total.
- Returning the Jail Keeper Title:
Upon your release or expulsion, you must return the jail keeper title.
If you fail to return it, you will be required to pay for the license. - Required Items:
At all times, you must wear MSM cuffs, the RLV relay, and the jail keeper title. - Prison Type:
This is a non-sexual prison environment. - Relocation During SIM Restart:
If you are relocated during a SIM restart, this will not be considered an escape attempt as long as you remain near the prison gate until a staff member locks you back in. - Cheating Policy:
Cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban. The following actions are considered cheating:- Escaping when it is not physically possible or not part of an agreed roleplay scenario.
- Turning off RLV to teleport to other SIMs (we will be notified if you do this).
- Disabling RLV is only allowed with prior permission from a staff member.
- Important:
It is mandatory to use a viewer that supports RLV scripts, such as Firestorm. The standard Second Life viewer will not work. Additionally, you must have RLV scripts enabled.
For instructions on how to enable RLV scripts in Firestorm, please refer to the following guide: How to enable RLV scripts in Firestorm
